are there going to be missions and a story line for spring?

Again... "Spring" is an engine. Missions/Story Lines = Specific to a given module

They can be made. Thor is pretty much the master on that subject. I tried, but the documentation isn't very clear.

BA, CA, AA etc. are based on OTA, also in OTA's Story Line. You can read the Story Line here:are there going to be missions and a story line for spring?

but EE, FF etc. haven't a Story Line I think.

I think on UF are Missions. Agon sayed something that sounds like Missions, but i'm not sure.
