Is there a mod where you can use the weapon that actually exists? F16, F117, Apache, Napalm, Atomic bombs, units with M-60, Jeep, Hummer, M1A1 Abrams ecc.?
I think it could be nice.

Sadly, no S44 is too old, and EE is too advanced. How about you make it. ^_^

You should really focus more on gameplay, over fluff.

TA:WD is the closest thing you can get in spring atm
if you want something more realistic, you'll have to start your own mod

Sad that, not only is the project dead, but their site:
http://wd.tadesigners.com/
has been hacked.

There is also Operation Polaris, though it hasn't been publicly released or advertised. I think you can check a few previews on youtube.

A version of WD Spring is - or was - in FileUniverse.
But I dont know what happened with TAUniverse. It is off-line.

One of my 45733855 projects is port the TA WD navy to complete the files and Ive done some work on subs months ago.

*cough* world in conflict *cough*
^good game, kills any computer^
you could use its system as a basis, replace drop points with a invisible "factory" with the smoke grenade to be your "drop point", the unit purchasing and tatic aids would be a #$@# to lua im guessing.

LUA can do ANYTHING, mate.
After researching upgrades, kill the affected units and spawn new ones, which have the upgrade.
There's probably an easier way to do it, but meh.

We tried to fix WD, but Maestro won't let anyone touch it.

Under-Ware of TAUniverse is working on his own mod for spring that has a sort of modern feel to it.

Bull, my PC craps out when playing SupCom but WiC runs without a hitch. You just have to lower the details enough and of course fulfill the minimum requirements.

my computer cost 80├óÔÇÜ┬¼ and it runs WiC on *MEDIUM* settings (except if the screen is focused to the area where a nuke lands, then i get like 3 second freeze t.t)

This reminds me of GINTA... Basically a proof of concept that realism wouldn't be fun/wouldn't work but I couldn't be arsed to implement all the units needed for a PoC. Maybe I should at least have added some AT inf...
