Saving?

Is it possible to save a game against the AI and load it later to finish it yet?
The closest thing I've found so far is using F8 to save a replay.

saves "almost" work - that is, they don't, but they should be possible to fix relatively easily.
a bigger problem is that the devs didn't have time to look into fixing saves.

Being able to save a game against the AI would be a wonderful feature to have. I know most people just play against humans so they may not care as much about it, but for people like me (those who suck to bad to play against people) it would be greatly appreciated.

They do work, it's just that only a couple AIs are compatible. And I can't name anything off the top of my head. (I think at least one is? meh)
