Reiner's Tilesets Feature Pack

This was pointed out on Smoths forum:
http://reinerstileset.4players.de/englisch.htm

So far I've converted all the buildings (bar House A which is just a more complex HouseC/D) to s3o. Textures are unchanged from their original sizes and PNG format - I haven't added the alpha for teamcolour.

I'll be releasing them under the same 'license':
Everything here is Freeware, and can freely be used to create Games, etc. . No need to ask for permission.

You can expect them soonish.

I plan to do the trees too, though they will take longer (I have to double up the leaf faces, and combine multiple textures into one and resize the UVmap accordingly, and do a texture2 alpha). Any help with redoing the textures for the trees would be greatly appreciated.

On a similar note, someone with more money and mapping talent than me should buy Treemagik G3.

Good to see somebody took this somewhere! Also, this may make a few maps easier to conceptualize, if you catch my drift...

All the graphics and meshes are freeware. Even for commercial Games. I just want my name in the Credits in the commercial case: Reiner "Tiles" Prokein. You can modify my graphics in every needed way to fit it to your needs: size, colour, fileformat, ...
Just make sure to credit the original Author, unless he's given you permission to omit that. Great find, tho! When you put it out, I'll take a look, and maybe do some "damage levels", if I'm at a good stopping-place on PURE for a day or two...

If you have them in '44 scale would you be against me doing a rerelease for the smaller size?

They are in the scale they were made in * 5. If you really must I'll send them to you first and you can scale them by your standard for the release.

well, I figured you would have them first scaled for 44. I could then work off of that file.

These will look great in S44 maps. Might need a bit of texturing alterations to give that french countryside look, though...

i'm seeing stuff i like...
btw, I also noticed there were some features for bridges - can they actually be used like bridges - i.e could they be made so units can cross over them? (although I can understand why this may be undesirable as you may not be able to terraform the bridge)

Short answer; no
Long answer; may as well be no

Found more stuff, though not connected to reiner. Not sure if these trees and hedges are already available elsewhere?

Are those plants on the new site good enough for some spring vegetation replacements?
