Strange Screensaver'ish Use of Spring

Run Spring.exe
Say "yes" on being server
Pick "Aircombat Test" script
Pick whatever map you like - preferably a small one.
When the game starts, hit CTRL-A, then T, then F5.

You now have an infinitely repeating screensaver of Freedom Fighters VS Raptors, with close-up on the action.

This post is actually interesting as it can help for testing.

Is there not a way to automate the process using command line arguements? If so then we can turn it into a proper screensaver.

Um, I think you misunderstood:
I asked to delete MY OWN post (I replied to the wrong thread).
I have nothing against this, in fact it's pretty cool.
Sorry if I didn't make make myself clear

You can delete it yourself ? It's easy. And barring deleting, you can also edit the content of the post.

Could also be used to create some kind of benchmark-demo, useful for testing high poly model inpact and so on.

Also very useful as reference to optimise your graphic settings...
