Tired, please remove the Zenith from your mod. You asked for permission twice, twice you were denied permission. Why bother to ask if you are going to ignore it anyways? Furthermore, not only did you use the 3do, textures, and script without permission, you also failed to acknowledge me or Talon in any form (Your mod simply lacked a readme), nor did you acknowledge the contributions by others who's work was used in the zenith.

altered balanced for every unit in it and added some
of Spring's nicer effects and lua scripts.

If you just want the race in general, though, and
aren't too picky about the mod, then the Talon have
been in Spring for almost two years now. Some of the
textures are different, but Spring can't support the
number of textures that you use to begin with given
their file sizes. Also worth noting is that
teleporters in Spring (i.e. Stargates) still haven't
got lua scripts, although I'm trying to change that,
and some of your units (that Cathedral Tank comes to
mind) look like ass in Spring.

Why should I bother to acknowledge you when you've been such an asshat about it? I still tell anyone who asks who made the unit, but interestingly enough, no one cares. =)
At this time, I have no interest whatsoever in removing the unit. Thanks for the mod promotion, btw.^^

how do I not be an "asshat"? say "yes, you can use the unit" when it was never my intention? Being friendly while you insult the very mod you are stealing from?

I can't believe someone would do this to a fellow modder, especially considering that the request was rejected (twice). Regardless of if the changes you make are good, you should always respect the authors wishes.
Is that too much to ask?
It would be like if someone used my TrueWalk Script without my permission. I would be furious!

Tired, I'm issuing this notice. Do NOT advertise your mod on this forum or the client until such time as you have complied and removed said unit from your mod.
This is a notice because we are NOT having this fucking pissing contest about copyright again, thank you very much.
Edit: NB. This is so we don't have a damn community war over this, thank you. I honestly don't care about the copyright, and from what I can tell, neither do the devs.
And this post is my personal views backed with the fact I'm NOT seeing this community go down the pan over this.

I tried warning ya, but i guess ya'll didn't listen, and as far as converting talon to spring, you do not need the cathedral and the stargates, because it would obviously need some sort of complex retexture of intelligence and LUA.
Tired, i can fix the texture problems in a flash, and you can easily get talon AND tll in the same mod with BA/AA/TA/CA, or even XTA
Err Talon smells far better than any third party race, in fact, it smells good.
Its not impossible to add Talon, its actually quite easy, I just can't balance and manage 2 mods at the same with school and football.

firstly, to content makers, why make the stuff and not allow people to use it? POINTLESS!!!!!!
seccondly, tired as you know i have played your mod on a few occasions but i have to remove your mod per the UF TOC AUP Blah blah blah.
but let me note, if i hadnt recieved so many pm's i would keep it there as i actually dont care.
