Hunter's right though, T2 hovers just can't exist without knocking off sea. I mean, T1 hovercraft in large numbers can already kill sea pretty badly.
And seaplanes are pretty much T1.9 already...

Seaplanes ARE t2. Many of them are more powerful than their t2 air equivs, and they make t2 structures (Though, only sea ones). What you want are t1 seaplanes, or t3 seaplanes (which is damn stupid).

The one trip I took to Mexico, I saw old rusty El Dorado's being driven around with huge ass speakers (like the very, very old ones schools used to use in the PA system) tied to the mirrors, playing some warped Mexican version of 'The Entertainer', and they were carrying cardboard boxes full of ice cream bars. |:
That, and the drunk old man sitting on a sidewalk area talking to a tumbleweed while clutching a bottle of tequila made the trip somewhat worth it.
...all this talk of Mexico just brought that pointlessness to mind, and made me want another spicy chicken burrito. >:
