Spring RTS Engine

When i go to enter the game. When i start, the screen flashes with the game, then it gives this message:
"Needed extension GL_ARB_texture_env_combine not found"
I already downloaded the files you gave and installed/replaced them with the ones i had. But this did not help at all. Please help, i really like this game.

Thats a hardware extension, if youd ont have ti then:

A) your video card is too old, and your running something from the stone age, you have no business running games made after the year 2000

or

B) you have never downloaded and installed drivers for your graphics card.

or

C) Someone hasnt installed their graphics card drivers properly or has been installing new drivers ontop of old ones without uninstalling first.

or

D) Your an ATI user under Vista/linux
