Star Wars Spring Recruiting: Animator

For those of you not in the know (I can't think of anyone
), Star Wars Spring is an ambitious project which intends to recreate the Star Wars universe (both trilogies, but a distinct focus on the originals) in Spring. We have an active and close-knit team of over 5 talented members, and our first release was downloaded over 8,000 times, as well as featured in a number of Gaming Magazines. We are currently heading towards a new beta release, with a large amount of work done, but really need some extra help to keep things rolling.
We are in particular need of a talented animator to take on some animation work for our mod.
Anyone applying for this position would be given some reasonably complicated things to script, primarily with walkers like the AT-XT, extending to infantry animations such as Rebel Commandos and wookies, as well as various complex building/deployment animations, etc.
This could potentially extend to Jedi and Sith, depending on your animating ability. Be aware that the Jedi/Sith are not planned for the upcoming release, though.
You need to be:
- Familiar with bos scripting.
- Have experience with scripting reasonably complicated units - and by that I mean, beyond tweaking the values of cavedog tank scripts. (ideally an example of this work would be provided).
- Have an eye for detail, and the way things move
- Be able to take criticism in your stride in order to create a better result.

If you cannot script, but want to be involved, we also need:
- Texture artists
- Visual Artists (for custom explosions, welding sparks, etc)
We do not need beta testers yet.
