Spring RTS Engine

Is there a widget that would automatically target the camera to interesting events ingame, preferably from nice view angles? I've thought about making one, but I want to know whether one already exists before starting to invest my time in a new one.

There was someone who came quite far with that iirc
Havent seen anything about it in a while though

Have there been any downloadable releases of it?
