Do not post very long textfiles in posts and quote them. It breaks the forum and makes your error report a lot harder to read. It also drives away possible help by intimidating users.

So what are we supposed to do then? Many, many people have instability problems, which all seam to result from different bugs, which (at least I) can not find in the bugtracker. How do you expect us to handle those things? The only thing which spring gives me, is the error log.

Use a pastebin. A very quick and easy method fo sharign large quantities of text in a message while onyl takign up 15 ro so characters:
http://www.pastebin.com for example.
Just right click paste in the box, add your name where appropriate, and click submit, then copy the url to the forum post
