Crash reports

When spring crashes it outputs its crashlog to infolog.txt. This is immediatly wiped clean and written over in the next instance of spring.

I ask that instead the stacktrace, the contents of infolog.txt, and the script used to start the game, be outputted to a seperate file in a folder with a unique filename so that it isnt lost and more data about a crash can be gained, with the intention that a tool of somesorts can send the report on to a server along with a user description and basic system specs.

If somebody could generate a ticket reference program to message Mantis, I'll use it on all major, unknown issues.

I'm sure that on the server end it can sort logs into groups based on stacktraces.

But first we'd need individual crashlogs. I'd happily add autosending to AFLobby if it were added.
