"Limit DGun to start position" does not work

I saw this issue with an older spring, but, today, with latest spring, I discovered it is already up.
Run spring 0.75b1 with module XTA v9 gold 0.1, and map "Speed metal", checking "limit dgun to start position".
I don't know how far is the range of "start position", but Player A (Kai.dll 0.12 controlled) can use D-Gun to kill structures on the opposite side of the map.
