Why not go the whole distance and build a nuclear weapon?

That makes me remember of a episode of simpsons where Homer searches how to make a nuclear reactor on the net and the only thing between him and the information is the question "Are you a terrorist?" :)

So... how do they mistake WD-40 for black paint, even after spraying it on something?

Makes it sound like the use of WD-40 was almost a mockery of police or something... I can't imagine such stupidity by accident, even by humans.
