I'm trying to decide what path I want to take towards doing programming and stuff for a career; what kind of education, etc. do the team members have?

Programming. I have my CS degree.

You'll need lots of Math and a strong background in logic.

TBH I just finished my second year of COMPSCI and really, really hate it. I wanted to know if there's any chance I'll have any degree of success if I go the rout of a 2-year degree at a technical college which sounds like what you did aGorm. I want to do that instead of University because University is totally impractical. What kind of success did you have with it? Did you learn lots of good stuff?

What do you guys who have their CS degree and/or are in the industry think of this degree?

My plan was to take the IT program:

1st year courses
http://www.nscc.ca/Learning_Programs/Pr ... =IT-NOCONC

2nd year programming concentration
