Change TW view

AFAIK noone uses the Total War view. It could be turned into a more useful view if you could adjust zoom and angle independently (modifier keys don't do anything yet so why not use CTRL+mousewheel for the angle like TA view) and rotation was bound to mouse3 or something instead of the corners of the screen.

I use TW quite a bit, but not in a serious game, where I'll use TA view.
I think it's a good camera mode, my only concern is that it is very easy to get disoriented; and for some reason you can't scroll as fast in TW mode as in normal mode (even when holding shift), and IIRC you can't pan the camera with the middle mouse button...

I like TW view, now that I know how to use the Camera Track feature. I just wish that the FPS and Free Camera views worked as well. I wouldn't use it for a serious game, either, but not all games are serious, and I end up having to spend many hours staring at stuff blowing up in the name of testing... might as well have a cinematic of the whole show.

i'm sorry for little oot, but it is about camera control...
I prefer Free view look, but:
- if u click on minimap to center view there, camera will go so much down (maybe 0 point on Z axis), really annoying ... unfortunately centering on group will do the same

- Free view is little slow coz that i wrote above, and if it can use zoom like TA mode (get camera up/down is faster with page up/down than with mouse wheel) ...
... then could it be very nice and fast look (nice coz u can really enjoy nice graphics of TA Spring)

I prefer FPS view over TW for the sake of looking at units. Instead of replacing the TW cam there's room enough for yet another camera type.

Of course but anyway, I want a rotatable TA view!

I'm quite fond of Homewolrd's camera controls.

Yeah spinning around point of focus would be great.
