Spring RTS Engine

I came back to see some replays of spring after not playing it for a few months. When I load up the replays everything loads fine and then it just sits in the game where everyone's name is red. I can speed up and slow down, but nothing changes. Do the older replays not work with the newer version? Any help would be great... I have a lot of old replays with notes attached to all, it would be horrible to see them go to waste. Thanks!!!

No unfortunately the replays are inherently bound to a specific version of Spring. You can grab the older version though and replay them with it (by looking at the download URL for 0.74b3 and replacing the version numbers - the files are still online just not linked to).
