What a the plans for Spring and for Command Engine ?
Which version for Spring are the developers want to hit? 1.00 ? Or 0.75? Or stopping develop on Command Engine?
Hope someone can explain it to me while a new project was started and left away.

I don't really understand what's being asked here... but here's my shot.
The plans for spring are basically to keep working on it and improving it, that one is pretty simple.
Command Engine isn't directly related to spring... It's going to have many of the same devs contributing to it, but it's a different project. Basically the idea is to take what was learned from spring's successes and mistakes and start from scratch to produce something better. Spring is relatively non modular compared to how CE will be (virtually anything will be possible in terms of units or gametypes in CE) and basically never will be because too much of the engine would need to be rewritten to work that way. CE is a project devoted to fixing every problem and limitation spring has the only way possible, rewriting from scratch.

We lack any real roadmap for Spring at this time, the old roadmap is out of date.
You can find it
here if you like to read it.
Jelmer would know more about the plans for CE.

Spring is the current, consistently updated engine. Command Engine is the farsighted replacement, distant upon the horizon.
