Stealth Atlas??

Anyone have any idea how the atlas managed to steal my com from under 2 missile towers? Bug? Line of site/fire problems for towers?

I remember a game on deltadry where i had one atlas fly into really heavy AA from a cliff and it barely even touched the enemy com but somehow it got shot down and took the com with it.
and in aa2.23 when atlases were made to fly lower, i had an atlas chasing an enemy com through a net of llts, and and the enemy com's own llts (while trying to hit the atlas) blew up the commander xD

That was weird... but it seens the ship was bugged since it didnt fly away and the commander keeped shaking hinself (generaly he stays stoped).
