Luagaia, does it replace luamission?

Simple question really. In 75b1, why would I want to use lua mission over gaia?

Gaia always works, missions start only when explicitly started.

I was under the impression that I could use different gaia scripts with one map via some dependcie files that could themselves as a sepperate map(not dissimilar from a mod mutator)
