Looks like photoshop - filters >> stylize >> find edges.

, allthough if i knew how to make icons smaller i could fit more on, and theres about twice as many icons on the desktop than there is space for.

I have a friend that stacks things in one "pile" per file type on his desktop. When he needs something he has to drag items off the stack until he gets to the one he wants, as if it was a stack of paper and he needed the middle one!
