Zombie Master is an HL2 mod about a team of human survivors pitted against a single zombie overlord, the survivors play in a typical FPS style, and attempt to complete objectives based on the map, which can be anything from getting to a place, to building a truck, to just barricading yourself in and surviving.
The Zombie Master plays the game as an RTS, with an overhead view of the battlefield and able to spawn zombies and manipulate traps.
While the survivors are limited to a few firearms and whatever melee weapons they can find around the map, the zombie master has a diverse stable of unspeakable Eldritch horrors to unleash upon the world.
The Hulk is an enormous, slow moving, expensive zombie which does a lot of damage and can take a boat load of bullets, but is no good at chasing people down.
The shambler is your typical zombie: plentiful, weak, and drop like flies. Shamblers are great for clogging corridors and catching bullets, and not much else.
Banshees are the requisite fast zombies, they run quickly, can leap great distances (and heights), but consequently don't hit hard, are the most expensive zombie at the moment, and can be dropped in two shotgun blasts, or a single shot from the rifle.
Drifters are a bit weak, but great when used correctly, they are a bit faster then the shambler, can take more damage and has a ranged attack of about 1 meter. They're great to reach players camping just outside reach, on trucks and such.
In addition to zombies, Zombie Masters can also manipulate the environment to drop containers, have lightning strike a tower, or switch off the lights as he sees fit.
There are no healthkits or respawn points. If you die, you wait untill the round is over. This makes you think twice before risking your life. You can also only carry 1 melee weapon, a gun and one other of the shooting weapons.
It's really awesome. You need HL2 or HL2 to play it. It's the best zombie mod i've ever played.
Also, the weapons are: Fists, Crowbar, Sledgehammer, Pistol, Shotgun, Rifle, UZI.
