It looks unfinished; the legs are excellent, but there is no hip or groinal chassis area, which is needed; and the upper body structure looks like a placeholder, and is far less detailed, and has significantly less form then the lower body work.

Its weird because the top seens to have got less work than the bottom. But the legs are fine.

It is decent, but as said before, at least do junk texturing in Wings like I do, to make it more appealing, and work on the upper body more. And a groinal/hip area is unneccessary in a top-down or angled view, it's wasted polygons unless you go First Person Shooter Mode.
