Music Thread

We had a thread earlier that was about what your favourite album was, or what you were listening to at that time. But the thread specifically discouraged discussion.
Heres a thread for posting what music you like -and- discussing it!

To get the ball rolling, atm i'm listening to some rolling stones albums and tbh every album is pretty awful except for 1 or 2 great songs per album. Sticky Fingers has its Sister Morphine. Some Girls has Some Girls. Metamorphisis has Memo From Turner. The exception is Love in Vain which is pretty much all cool songs.
Also recently i've been listening to Meat Puppets, which are a 'cowpunk' band which take influence from punk and have a bit of a country style. Apart from their first album they aren't really punk and are more grunge/alternative. 3 of their songs were covered (with actual Meat Puppets members playing instruments) in Nirvana Unplugged NYC and imo they are pretty good.
Thats all I can really take off the top of my head atm but please contribute with some discussion, and youtube/lastfm links would be cool so other people can see what you like.
