Smoother camera rotation for making videos?

Currently it looks crap when i rotate cam, is there any way to make it smooth?

Always when it comes to cameras they throw there Work on poor Smoth.. he is there for the SpecialFX and Gundam. So don`t distract him with Camerastuff.
