Which mod?

Which mod is closest to original Total Annihilation?
I mean, unit balance, game play, in one word, TA in 3d?
Also, which AI for skirmish use? (not too hard, mind)
I can't get BOTA 1.4 to play on my pc, so I am looking for closest thing...

can't get it to work... Installer sets it up in taspring directory.

BOTA= basically original TA, but i cant find it over at unknown files.

When you run the installer, use the "browse" button, and point it to you real Spring dirrectory.
Crap it still fails. Uh. Ok. Retrive what it installed in the /TASpring/ subfolder of where you told it to install,and move that into your Spring folder.
I guess I should repack that mod.
Hmm, still doesn't work. Not sure what is going wrong. Oh, I think it's the armors. Ok fixed now. I'll test and bit more and upload.
