Well, since this has turned into the general WIP topic...
Modeled for uni, 3.5 hours put in so far, not elimated all the un-necessary faces (mostly the rear hatches undersides need to be deleted yet)
Dunno poly count, anyone got any clue how to make 3d studio max tell you poly counts?

Twiddled some faces to resolve clipping issues and added guns so that the thing actually has arms for a reason

Looks like a supergundam mech, like the one that tows more guns. Totally animate it and put it ingame.

Nmm, yeah, that does have echoes of a krog.
It does need the distinctive head though, or atleast something referencing it.

Looks more "Mecha" than it does organic evil like the Krogoth does in OTA, but its a damn fine model regardless.

I just finished half-life 2, so I have sort of a near-future, urban dystopia theme on the brain, and I was thinking I would do some features. This was my first attempt - a concrete barricade. Since these would probably be used quite a lot on a map, I tried to keep them as simple as possible - currently 26 polys and a 128x texture.
Too much caution tape? Suggestions on what I should do next? I want to stay away from anything too large for now because I don't want to have to do a bunch of broken states.
