its a very speeded up lifecycle, hype, release and obscurity in one wip-page. Egg robots, what egg robots?

few weeks of creating embarassing drawings kinda pay off.

About 3 days. It's not even for Spring though

Is it those weird stationary cannons on WW2/1 put into a tank?

It's an adaption of a tracked utility vehicle armed with 6 linked 105mm recoilless rifles, developed in the 1950s and saw action in Vietnam. It fires all 6 cannons at the same time for some badass shotgun effect.

The tank minus just the guns is like 6k polies, the guns themselves double that amount...

if those guns dont kill you, the polycount sure will...

sorry. i know... modern times.. hardware of plenty... but back in those days, after the war.. a whole family of games could have lived from those polys in your pipe..

There is no ideal tank, and this thing has fullfilled its purpose well, otherwise they wouldnt have ordered it. Compared to other stuff that was around at that time (jets with machineguns - watchout for your own bullets game).. tanks with rockets.. this one was pretty usefull..

Headlauncher.. i wanted the Combine to show there real, there Alien Side.. this thing is basically nothing +nanobots+ fields, holded and folded together by the CentrAIls AI itself. Its nature is so wicked, it cant be entrusted to combined creatures...

Its the tool of choice, if striders and hunters phail, and you need a weapon to derail, those beheriths stomping your base into the ground.
Deadly, if you combine them with charged e-fences. The headlauncher provokes the attack, the wall fries the attacker, running into it..

ninjas cant catch you if you are transparent.

I wanted it to be desperatly violating to any sense of physix... the 2*3.141_ Sense constantly tingling.. this cant be real, this cant be happening, nothing heavy cant float, were does the ammonution come from, the energy..

the inspiration was dr.manhattans mars clockwork of glass.. + the nanos in prey and nanobots in all those other scifibooks...
