i'm not even going to pretend that i understand all this legal bull****, but i DO agree with quantum that we should just have fun. I may not be considered 'Hardcore', and even I dont consider myself so. The whole point to this message is:
Screw all the legal crap, lets fix this, and just GET ALONG.

The problem with that attitude is that eventually "all this legal crap" will come along and screw you, at least if you're a creator of content/games.
So yeah, that's a bad way to look at licensing.

I CC my art and stuff. There should be no worries there. I hope MORE people CC their work. Then we can all piss on the legal whining that happens on this forum.

If you don't want people stealing your stuff or complaining, add something to the download link or on its forum / wiki as to explain what you consider available for them to freely use, if you want credits, or if you don't want them using it at all. If you made it you make the call.
