Actually, perhaps it could use some nice teamcolor stripes/decals/whatever on the rest of the ship? It would do a lot to break up the grey.

The exact scale isn't finalized yet... in fact I haven't even tried that part yet. That's just the size they turned out when I modeled them.

I'll think about adding some decals or something... not sure how that'll work.

bit over the top on the players colours. OK texture awesome models. this mod is going to be awesome, it would be awesome even if u somehow screwed up the balancing (although thats unlikely to say the least, i mean look at AA!)

How will collision spheres work with this? Cause there is no way you could pass off that capital ship as round...

hmmm, are you cosnidering making those tiny fighters be built in groups, havign say 4 or 5 in a formation made by the unit script all built at once...

No, wasn't aware such a thing was possible in TA or spring.

I mean as in a single unit, whose model is made of 5 seperate fighters each with their weapons all controlled bya script. Or engien modifications could be done to make it possible.

Meh, sounds like a lot of work.

BTW, all of the pictures in this thread were taken ingame (unless they're something like an untextured model, etc)

One more fighter to go, and then on with the bigger ships.

I have almost finished a script that does exactly that for IG Squads in Epic 40K
