I received 3 more payments but I cannot identify who Dylan and David are, so let us know your Spring names, thanks! :)

thesleepless - yes, some things can run under linux but there are some compatibility problems with websites, and some ASP.NET things are so far missing completely for mono (AJAX support, LINQ data source, MSSQL)

Auswaschbar, yes:
IBAN: CZ2255000000003248013001
SWIFT: RZBCCZPP

But it's generally cheaper to just pay using credit card->paypal, IBAN transfer costs several euros.

I don' have a neither credit card nor paypal account, and I don't want one.

Also, your infos are a bit outdated:
http://www.eco-trust.com/eu.html wrote:The EU-Standard-Bank-Transfer can be used for any money transaction up to 12.500,00 EUR from any other member state*. Each contracting party will be charged only their regular bank transaction fees.
When doing it online, IBAN transfer costs nuthing inside the EU.

But credit card transfers also work on debit and cash cards.

So what your telling us is you cannot use ATMs or pay by card in shops?

You don't need a credit card to use ATMs or pay by card in shops...

I have ofc a debit card which can be used to pay in shops (credit cards are uncommon here). PayPal only supports Visa and Mastercard, I have neither.
So the only way to get money to paypal would be by using wire transfer, which would be weird since I could transfer it directly without paypal...

It seems we abusively call all cards "credit cards". Is there a true definition for "credit card" ?

A card which is linked to a credit account via some sort of financial intermediary.

The forum was down for a while there. I'm guessing this was for the purpose of seeing what sort of effect it truly has on the site's CPU/RAM budget. Can you share your findings?

When porting AppLauncher, a .NET 1.0 app to Mono, I found Mono was stumbling over a lot of even basic features - like instead of simply locking the GUI thread, the system would completley fall all over itself if you launched an app and then waited for it to return in the main thread - I had to reimplement AppLauncher as multithreaded to get Linux support.

Was it Windows.Forms? Windows.Forms support is terrible in my experience. You should use GTK# or Qyoto instead.

Is this a sustainable server configuration or will my donation be to a lost cause?

about hosting at sourceforge:
i dont know if i'm doing anything wrong or speed is adjusted to project size, but at least the subversion server for some little project of mine is fucking slow (takes like 10 secs to synchronize O,o).
so i'm not sure you'd get the bandwith you expect from them...
