players smurf so they can get on the best teams of games and can play newer players and spank them. this is a form of douchebaggery.
I dont think banning it is really feasable, but it might be good to make signing up a new account take longer and tied to an email adress. likewise, some system that bans any online accounts tied to the same IP adress would be handy
