yes damn freaking right! in fact, id make the comm cost 1 so that you need to manually target it in the middle of the fray.

Also, 0 e cloak cost for mines would mean really long games trying to find them once its owner is dead?

umm at that point the game is over dude... lol, you don't HAVE to find them lol. Blowing up 1 mine isn't all that satisfying lol.

BTW on a side note. I got the chance to play a few games tonight as URC. The balance is definately back. YAY! I can't wait till I get to make ntai cheat against me. THat is gonna kick ass!

I don't even see how you make that connection to constructors producing a miniscule and logical amount of excess energy, but go on, I'm sure that made sense in some abstract manner.

Dude, if mines use 0 energy, the game will never end, because you cant simply find all mines from a map which size is 30x30 or etc. AND if they use only 1 energy, it doesnt cost much!! I dont get the point of zero cost... Can you please explain a bit more why?

Have you ever thought about team games? 5v5 and you lose everything else than con units, and your temmates are retards who dont share anything to you in one hour. At least they should store metal/energy, they are builders FFS!

Sometimes you get your commander stuck into the terrain, and you cant move it anymore, FPS would be the solution, but you cant use it if commander doesnt have any weapon.

giving the commander a 'dummy' weapon would fix the FPS mode thing, just in case people get it stuck.

The com not haveing a wepon makes sence to me:

Its so you can't WASTE it in a frontall attack. It forces you to be far more careful. I don't send my com out unless there is a real need to build something quickly, because if I did send it out then it would be wasted by some enemy unit rather quickly.

Look, sometimes we urc players put up a LOT of mines. Now our reactor only gives 100 energy whereas GD's reactor gives 300. GD's heavy nuke reactor gives 2 grand and our heavy gives 800. Early game it can make a difference.

It may not seem like much but you have to realize, being able to cloak is an inherant ability of some urc stuff (like the mines/mexes).

Besides if you're the host, just kick them then turn on cheats and join their team and blow up their shit. Besides, so far, Most EE players aren't the serious assholes in this community.

An invisible dummy weapon for the comm might not be such a bad idea. Sometimes fps mode can come in handy.

How about a propaganda speaker that ,when used, says things like:

"Play E and E!"

"Vote, or DIE!"

"Buy war bonds!"

and, my personal favored

"Service guarantees Citizenship!"

Or a laser pointer, if you can't get the propaganda speaker.

There are PLENTY of noobs with stars, let alone 4chevs! Lets have a game sometime and settle it, i could be a noob thats just unlucky to play with even bigger noobs afterall.
