I think the realism question is silly: in RTS games, new vehicles are manufactured from raw materials in a matter of seconds in a building that looks to be the size of a residential house. How the commander arrives isn't really a realism concern.
But either way, airdrop arrival would be a cool effect.

Pxtl, I hate to break it to yah, but realism is a concern to me, because if I can make it more realistic I will, within reason.. the only reason units in EE arent air dropped in after you order a bunch using requisition points Ive earned from holding strategic objectives..

I much rather have the game start with the commanders like now. If you want to imagine they were airdropped, teleported, crashlanded from orbit, fine, you can imagine whatever you want happened right before game started. But don't impose that on me. I prefer to imagine they walked there, and are the last remaining units of that continent.
If my commander was airdropped, I would think: where has the airtransport gone? Why couldn't I select it? Can't I recall it back? If there's plane around, there must be a refueling base, omg there's an allied base just out of the map edge and they aren't helping me! Etc...

for the next ver im going to firstly implement MMs (they are needed) and im gonna implement antinukes.

New changelog:
Commanders now have Dguns
Metalmakers added (35e/1m)
Antinukes added for both teams as well as an impenetrable shield (you can drive through it for balance)
Added Krogoth for GD
Added Orcone for URC
Removed any references to fang
