Those tubes are spare missile capsules, since each missile is in a tube, and after firing are detached and fresh one is attached.

What are your plans for the bears vs robos game, how will it be played?

Man, that cybertank just oozes character. Really nice job.

The bear tank turret looks a bit flimsy. Would look better if there was a bear head sprouting from the hatch in front of it, so we know it's not that a heavy tank. That or a proper turret instead of just a U piece.

Though just some tips
try adding contrasted areas,
ofc it depends on what you want to make
but to look more cooler try adding dark green camo on it, and improve the part where the pilot is
