Optimus, the one thing I dont like about your model is the round "arms" that attach the main hull to the bays(?). I think something a little more complicated and less streamlined would look cooler and fit better with the ship. Other than that, I like it.
Kinetic, I really like you design. The fins and wings suggest its capable of both atmospheric and space flight.

Thanks Dash, I actually built it in that manner to boost its gravity drive force, the wings and fins both upper and lower increase the gravity drives area of effect relative to the hull profile, so its faster lol, plus it just looks cooler than a flying rectangle lol. But rectangular designs have thier strengths, such as...

... turret space!! lol
I've been building low - medium poly ships for a few years now, but just recently been turning out some really nice, visually pleasing designs. All i need is to finish saving on 3ds max and i'm all set.

Not bad, I'd like to see something semi-symmetrical however.
Don't you work with blender atm? Not sure if 3DS is worth the money unless you can get a cheap deal.

To change things up a bit, heres another old one of mine-not particularly high poly, though.

Nice. I like the feet/legs especially

It's pretty cool and the only quarrel I have with it, is that the rocket pods might hit a front leg.

Dash, that's great!

Thanks. Its strange, this only took me about half as much time and effort as either of my other 2 submissions, but it has gotten more response than the other 2 combined.
To rattle: That's just the angle of the picture, from a dead-on view it clearly misses.

Heres a gunship I modeled in max 6 demo some years ago.
And this is my attempt at a complete gmax rebuild with some improvements and changes.

They say anything?
Ok.. here's my last project.. doing this for a customer (the car.. not the scene). Most of things of the interior has been modeled by my friend... and the exterior is mine.
hope you like

I would if it wasn't a car, I don't like car renderings/models...
Of course, you/your friend/whomever rendered it did a good job, not denying that, but cars aren't my thing...
pics yay!

these were some meshes i made for a high tech / Romanesque multiplayer map pack for Unreal Tournament 2k4 (dont ask...). the glass was made for fun.
and here's a few pictures i created in PS:

the space images were for a game my buddy was working on a few months ago... he never finished it. the 'C' logo was my business card logo for a while.
i dont really expect to impress you guys with this stuff, but i just wanted to post some stuff, ill be back with some more renders
