neddie, that is a seperate problem, that causes sync errors.
Negative sun values cause crashes. I play with absolute lowest settings and have no problems with any map crashing.

Different versions of maps which seem identical but are binary different shouldn't cause sync errors anymore - spring should refuse to load them if client and host checksums don't match.
