I'd say reduce the build and load time is all it needs. This keeps the 'risk and fun' factor in, where you have to send out some cons suicidally to get the thing built, but it also makes it useful.

Also agreed, the only downside to it is its inefficient DPS/minute. Same cost, reduced buildtime. Also maybe set firing rate to that of a juno?

Don't see why it should be more cost effective, it can already 1 shot many units more expensive than the missile. Banishers, tremors, merls, etc. And has more than 2 or 3 times the range of those... And when those are sniped from an army that relies on that artillery it becomes damn impotent.

If you let your banisher get hit by a slow-moving projectile like a tacnuke, you have no right to complain.

Honestly, it's an uncounterable weapon. I'm not going to cry about the fact that it's stuck in a very small niche because of its weak power. I'm more just annoyed that the stun-missile seems to be a single-purpose anti-anti-nuke weapon. I've never seen it used for anything else.

I use EMPMs to slow down eco farms on dsd... Works quite well, especially if you get 3-4 of them, can keep 6-7 advfuses stalled for a long amounts of time.

EMP deflectors -> kill with berthas
