Nah, I agree that this sound way too easy to be true, so it can't be, there has to be a trick somewhere. Like I completly missed the distinction between the trademark and copyright. And I'm sure there's more restrictions that I miss. I know for sure that law are nigh impossible to interpret if it's not your profession.
