BA really needs to focus primarily on t2 from here, which is where a lot of these changes have been (though, yeah, kinda aimlessly because nobody really knows what to do with t2- it doesnt have the intense competitive play like t1). 80% of the changes have just been bug fixes though.
you guys all fail
what you should be bitching about is flash/gator balance
Totally, flares are like one of the least significant changes this version. The hitsphere changes are a huuuge deal.

Its not really the responsibility of developers to change a unit unless there is something wrong with it, not just because people don't decide to use it.

I have. It was an altored game. They died to LLTs.

Mavs are the suck as soon as any other T2 units come into play, they just don't have the range to compete against jack squat, that and their buildtime is so ridiculously high that you can't produce enough of them to make any difference.

Snipers with Mav backup is still nice, but when its Mavs vs the world, Mavs lose pretty horribly.

If you can rush a couple Mavs, you might make a difference as long as you don't run into a HLT, or anything heavy.

Mavs eating up T1 units is still the only place it shines.

with the new small hitboxes on gator flash miss it so much more
i beat 10 flash with 6 gators in a 1v1 yesterday and had 2 gators live
hmm i did some futher testing , and indeed it seems that the impact of changin the hitspheres is quite significant. We might even do a quick bugfix release to correct this.

you asume unused units aren't screwed up, but being excluded from changes for a long time only screws em up more.

why not reduce size of flash hitsphere to compensate for size of gator hitsphere change.

It would serve BA more if people stopped thinking in terms of needed/not needed and instead thought in terms of improvement/not improvement. Nothing has really fixed any game breaking issues since the first version of BA.

Lads, Mavericks are not meant to be the be all and end all of Arm T2 Kbots. I'm frankly a little more worried about the long-term suck that the Zeus is. The Maverick can at least do something - hold off T1 and benefit from micromanagement.

what are the gamebreaking issues?

That is my point Sleksa. There is nothing that BA absolutely _needs_ at this point. This does not mean that it can't be improved.
