Dude, remove any mention of starcraft. And Don't call it something-craft. Other then that go on.
Stealing is great, but do it right.

Looks, good. Can you texture this one and spend it to the mod? My skills at texturing models are bad.
BTW, are you interested at the mod?

The name is siege tank.

That's why they should call it a sage tank

Siege Tank can not be copyrighted or something else. It is a description for a tank which can enter or is in siege mode.
Currently I´m texturing a space construction vehicle (SCV) the terran builder.

Sagetank is funnier when you know what sage means

Agon: be careful or blizz' legal dept. will hand your ass to you on a silver platter. A siege tank alone is not a breach of copyright, but a siege tank, an scv and zerglings all together in one package is. (Well, maybe it isn't, but you'll waste lots of money proving it.)

We will see how we call the units. It is not released.
The scv is done with texture or let it call "construction bot".

Another thing.. carriers can you make that happen in spring?
How about a Capital Ship firing Rockets that have a Interceptor as Model - and tho do the Returntrick, how about firing two of that "Interceptors" having the same Route, same Spot (so only one Interceptor can be seen).
One of that odd Interceptor Couple hits the target for the Damage and gets destroyed and the other one returns and "hits" the CapitalShip for Zero Damage (without any Animation, just vannishing).

Or just lua it which is probably much easier.

funny I remember oh, a whole having to build all the ships and the ships actually firing and returning to the ship determined how many you had to rebuild...
my memory of starcraft must be hazy.

1. Put me down for 10 hours of any help needed for this mod. I'll help even with general bug testing and reporting or making textures, since they're just little pictures; easy, right?
2. Also, since whatever unit I'll make will probably, given my lack of experience, turn out crappy, if its a unit you want don't give me something like the Zealot.
If I can't do any of that even, I can at least make the cursors or do documentation.
3. I have a few mod and map making tools, and have screwed around a bit with mods and widgets, and have some limited experience with programming in Java and Python. Limited as in I sometimes even forget the control structure syntax.
4. There has to be a way to get around the copyright problem. This qualifies as fair use from most of what I read.

Do not bump deceased threads without a really good reason and/or the permission of the poster.
