make the 'windows' of the tower on the sub a bit more blue.. Perhaps that adds to the idea that it is underwater.

Maybe i should wait for the other one to be textured and try and make something out of it because it may be more appropriate. But if we do only conversions of crems models thats going to be 3 ships (since the battleship is going to be baah) to do all the ships from, 3 each thats 9 units.

lol. the plating looks a little like the heat plating on space shuttles. Nice job with it. Can't wait to play around with the finished one. :-)

Some AA guns would help break up the flat-ness of the thing, whether that's a good or bad thing is your call. IMO go for it!

PS:
When UVmapping it, please try not to do any sort of crazy overlapping, for my sake. :P
Overlapping identical parts is fine, but please don't put the UVs for the bottom and top of the tower over the same area or any of that kind of stuff. :-)

I wouldn't add any guns or missiles or such - depending on what we do with it, the decks going to be busy enough with stuff anyhow. Plus I think the elevators give good relief from being to homogenous (they were a very nice addition!).

On the elevators: I'd consider adding some struts to the elevator, and/or a crossbar were they cut into the deck - so that the look is less of a "chunk bit out of the side", and more punched out/cut out from the top. But that's probably a matter of taste.

I've said it elsewhere but - I think it's a sweet model overall :) !
