you get NI units by doing this:
type in ".cheat"
then type in ".give 1 nicom"
use the NI commander to build everything else.
And I think that NI's lack of a navy was asked about and answered just once.

NI seem good at first, but have problems holding an area and attacking large forces. Especially those evil lvl2 GD tanks.

Also NI is in a really beta stage atm. No real balancing done atm so if they seem overpowered they just might be.

no NI isnt released, and doesnt have units past lvl 2... and only one lvl 2 unit.

well you can already have fun level 1 matches with ni... although you tend to win due to the extreme strenght of them. Especially their neat little cloacked radar thingy is awesome. And of course photon art. I imagine that they could completly overwhelm a force on a map such as delta siege because they could just go streight through the water. But as it was said, they are neither balanced nor released.

I played a game in Spring Single Player where I effectively cobbled L1 NI, L2 URC and L3 GD together.
I am so glad you can't do that normally. That was brutal. I missed my L1 URC spiders, however.

I believe Caydr will have to release a patch or a new version of the mod, as the Level 1 URC mortar bot still fires on the move.

I believe
Fanger is going to be somewhat annoyed that you confused him with Cadyr
Though to be fair, Cadyr does do a ridiculous number of mods atm

The error that Caydr isn't Fang? I bet they are, really. Its caydr, On a proxy, with a differant attitude. In an attempt to make his own mod unplayed.

Not possible I have talked to both of them on TS and they sound nothing alike.
Klavo... In Normal EE mortor bots are supposed to fire while moving.
