cba to downgrade... zydo u plan to update server any time soon ?

Implemented a new lighting engine with the help of MrMessiahs (can be turned off)

How about decent sized textures and proper mipmapping next. Maybe even LOD system. ~~

If spring peeps need a server to play on I'm running a private one, can give out the IP if you ask nicely

u can join zydox without asking nicely. i dont think... lets say 10 ppl will abandon their buildings to move to another server just to play with u ;P

i only read a couple posts and it sounded like his server was down, so i was just sayin'.

his server is out of date, but i bet it will be fixed soon (bukkit)

Aye... was trying to set up the testserver for 1.3 now, but it seems like minecraft.net is down again...

Hrm... don't think I've seen a webpage be down as much as minecraft.net in a long time...

go check their forums, they got more players online at the same time than this forum got user all together

more pplz = more lagzors ? for server, site, forum. everything is down every time i go there :D usually need to give it few tries before i manage to connect.

True... but as I've understood the minecraft system, the only thing the central server keeps track of is who's online and if that player is on a server...

So it can't be compared to the Spring setup...

And the forums... I'm guessing your pointing to minecraftforum.net
Afaik, those are run by third party, so not really connected to minecraft.net
