Not my demotivator, but an apostrophe (') does not denote pluralization, correct grammar would be: "Ninjas with guitars"
Yes I am being very pedantic

Ok.
Do you like M.C. Escher? He seems like a great artist to me and I enjoy looking at his work.

The plural form of ninja in English is still ninja.

As someone who takes special interest in the dealings of medieval Japan, I can say I hate ninja a lot. There's a lot we don't know about them, and while that intrigues some people, to me that just spells frustration. Probably because until a short while ago, I was going to college to learn about Japanese history. The word ninja itself is something that frustrates me to no end. I'm not going to say it's a real Japanese term, because I don't know, but shinobi is something I've heard used a lot more. Also words like onmitsu and oniwaban. My understanding is that ninja is the Chinese pronunciation of the kanji used for shinobi, or perhaps another term used. I don't know where I got that from though, could be totally wrong.
The plural form of ninja in English is still ninja.
Yeah, no pluralization in Japanese. Works a lot better than you might think.
That being said, listening to some new Richie Havens. Pretty awesome stuff. Doubt many here would agree.
