What's so laggy about GF anyway? Isn't that a low ressource map that should therefore result in few units in play?

Yeah, but the game starts after 30 mins of porcing.
After 60 minutes it becames as laggy as speedmetal xD

Oo, do you play this game? I only kick if its obvious that one person is causing the lag (i.e. >50 CPU when everyone else is significantly below that) and only if its really bad. I kick a lot faster people on my team who don't follow instructions/insist on playing like crap.

It's difficult to explain... go play a GF game and you'll see... when you get 8 people each building up +5000e/+100m incomes along with LEET DFENS from scratch... there tend to be a lot of units in play at once.
Fortunately, windgens and metal makers and LLTs don't pathfind.

Problem is that's a huge gamble.
If you are successful the other team is pwnt and all RAGE QUITS because you OMG RUSHD.
If you fail, you are behind the Joneses in terms of your economy, and then jj kicks you because you only have +35 metal after 15 minutes of everyone else porcing.

the benchmark doesnt work. compare the result with other benchmarks and you will see:
f.e. a pentium d dual core 3ghz is twice as fast as a athlon xp3200+ venice.
in your benchmark, the athlon gets 100 points more...

Well this is probably correct for spring, since dual core runs on single core in most games (and spring too) anyway..

i just released springmark v1.8
i also added a special php page from where the lobby client of satirik can grab data.
expect today a new lobby client with springmark data and autokick
