That's not what we're talking about and neither are the barrage and shield of the Titan in CvC.

i dont want upgrades for everything. no point, just slows down gameplay. commanders though, that would just be cool.

YOU don't want them. Then don't use them in your mod. We want them and will use them in our mods if we want to.
