Let me clarify it, it runs over dead things, spring engine wont allow it to run over alive things, and in the video, it was rolling over 100 corpses i think.

*Bump* Sorry I just got done reading the talon thread over at TAU and had to bump this up. Is foe in charge of converting it over to spring? Has any progress been made?

Actually it is possible now to script this "run over alive things" by detonating a weapon in front of the unit when it moves. Think of zwzsg's Fat Shrew (this six legged monstrosity) which uses fast vlaunch weapons to simulate stomping, except that you can detonate them right at the target instead.

the talon race is almost done for ota engine, so that will obviously come out first, the entire race is almost finished, so it might not be much longer, or it could be, depending if xta needs more serious work. besides, i am still thinking about what to do since talon buildtree dosent really fit xta, nor aa, and i cannot make up another ota rip off. i just dont want to do a stand alone race of itself.

That is a good question... I suggest releasing a few versions with the installer. Just a stand-alone Talon only version. Also talon in AA and also talon in XTA. What I think would be the best solution is finding another high quality copyright free race to include with it.

Even more crazy:
Arm x Core x TLL x Rhyoss x Mynn x Talon
It would be nice to actually put them all together, but balancing would require a tremendous amount of work, if it's even possible.

not mynn, not untill thats been fixed up properly.
TLL + Talon should be easy, adding in rhyoss later on would be the easiest thing todo. I would oppose adding Arm and Core for legal reasons, and if I were to add a 4th race it wouldnt be Mynn but rather Rumad or even Argon or The joined tribe.

Is Mynn that bad? Actually, I've never tried Mynn before. My idea is to put all the completed races together, and I didn't mean to specifically point out these 6 races. I am glad you say that putting these races together is actually an easy task.

mynn isnt very pretty and has a lot of errors in models and scripts.
Whereas TLL is working pretty much perfectly, and Rhyoss works for the most part, perhaps the odd unit weapon doesnt fire and the commander crashes the engine trying to transform into a hover on water (fixed by noruas I believe).

So that's why it always crashed when I ordered my commander to build a shipyard.

Build Tree is like this:
Commander builds Air, Hover, Tank, and Infantry.
Air builds lvl 2 air, Hover builds lvl 2 Hover, and Tank build lvl 2 Tank.
I think Tank can also build the moble fortress factory now. We also have submarine pens now. No Kbots!
Ok.. OK... Level 1 sea, Level 2 sea, Seaplane platform like ota.

That is almost exactly like oTA!? So i don't understand why it wouldn't fit XTA or AA... Or watever for that matter, with obvious adjustments. Unless you mean that adjustments to the build tree are out of the question?
Anyway, even without adjustments to the buildtree, it seems to fit XvM, AA, oTA, TLL (just not XTA)...
