After much internal conflict, I decided to finally expose my age:

I was born on 04/03/1992. There. I did it. I'm proud of myself.

But before you judge me, just take note:

I am going to college in fall of 07, and I'm probably taller than you. SO THERE!

Meh, 16/2/86, so about average for the community. Still at 6'4" I doubt there's many who can top my height :p

You need to be less smart.

And I'm pretty sure you aren't taller than me.

And for the record, I declined every opportunity I had to skip grades.

I really have no idea why that's relevant. I'm sure it is somehow. In a very Kafkaeqsue way.

indeed :)

I keep forgetting I'm 20 though - its weird to have exited a state I've spent 50% of my life in - ie being a teenager

I was born 10.50 PM on May 30th, the magical year of 1989.
As to gaming experience, first games I ever played were Super Mario Bros, Zelda, Duck hunt(!) and Sid Meyer's Pirates! (german edition I didn't understand at all. Actually, I don't think I could read at that time :-) ) on the NES. We also had a PC running DOS 3.0 with some classics like California Games and Test Drive (all black and white, of course). That was untill in 1995-ish, when we got a new hyper-expensive PC running windows 95, that was powerful enough to run TA 2.5 years later. That monstrous machine was in service untill 3 years ago. I played some hidious pieces of gaming crap on that thing.

Woah, it's all coming back to me... California games, duck hunt (I had the rifle!)...

The most defining game of my childhood has to have been The Secret of Monkey Island, which I played on an old LCII macintosh...

Hmmph

Highway Pursuit, or Major Motion as I knew it from the Atari XT. Dam I loved that. Then I got a 486 DX 100, and laffed in my friends faces as I played Theam Park and Ceaser. Then all that pentium Hype, but luckaly the first pentiums were slow as hell compared to my 468.

Now look at me, all grown up with a 3200 and a gig of ram... makes that 486 look realy realy old.

(to tell the truth I didnt realy play many games when I was younger, I prefered to draw in MS paint, which did me a service when 5 years ago I was in a graphics exam and they said "what does this button in paint do?" Unfortunatly for most people it was windows 3.1 paint not 95/98 paint they had all got to know, so I was teh only one that could answer the question. (Incase you thinking that they wernt that different, the fill tool was a roller in 3.1 and a bucket in 95))

Help, Im getting nostalgic for paint...

90/06/07 7 of june 1990. 16 years old as of yesterday.
I believe my first memory of gaming is Chips challenge. Ah the days. And later on a NES... The joy of zelda and supermario!

Oh and Lindir, you appear to be very mature for your age. I have my sister as a reference, and anyone talking to me on TS has probably heard her.. She is a pain in the ass. Always whining.
