Spring RTS Engine

Thank you for your efforts in playing, analysing and posting this. Dry RiverV10 has been released:

- 1 metal patch removed from centerhill
- 2 metal patches added to right side of the map
- 3 metal patches on left have been given less output (for balancing)
- wind is now 3-20
- sky is more blue-ish
